Privacy notice
Last updated October 23, 2026
Pulse FrontDesk is an AI-assisted receptionist and call-workflow service operated by Emmanuel Dessallien, sole proprietor, based in Newark, Delaware, USA, under the business name CompoundPulse (“we”). This notice covers this website. Client deployments are covered by separate written data-processing terms.
Booking a call
The booking form on this site does not store your answers on our servers. When you continue to choose a time, your name, email and answers are passed to our scheduling provider, Calendly, as pre-filled fields in the embedded scheduler, and Calendly processes them under its own policies. Because they are passed in the scheduler's web address, they can appear in Calendly's service logs. Please don't enter sensitive personal information.
We use the information you submit through Calendly to evaluate whether our service fits your business, and to prepare for, hold and follow up on the meeting.
Live voice demo
- The demo uses your microphone only after you press Start call and your browser grants permission.
- Your voice and the conversation are processed in real time by our voice provider, ElevenLabs, to run the call. The provider may keep conversation data under its own terms and our account settings.
- The demo uses a fictional business. It is not connected to any calendar, messaging, CRM or phone system, and nothing you say books, sends or transfers anything.
- Don't share sensitive personal, financial or health information in the demo.
Payments
Client payments are processed by Stripe through a personal checkout link we send after your scope is agreed. We never see or store your full card or bank details. Charges appear on your statement as COMPOUNDPULSE. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated by Stripe from your billing address. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy.
Analytics and tracking
This website does not currently use advertising pixels, ad-tracking cookies or a conversion API. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and requested pages, for security and operations.
Client deployments
A production phone-agent service involves call audio, transcripts and caller details. Recording disclosures, retention, access, deletion, sub-processors and consent for any follow-up messages are set out in each client's written proposal and data-processing terms before go-live. Regulated data, such as health information, requires specific agreements.
Your rights and contact
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information. For any privacy request, email ed@compound-pulse.com.
